Acharya prashant Acharya Prashant Tripathi, now popularly known as Acharya Prashant, was born on the auspicious day of Maha ShivRatri in 1978, at Agra, India. Eldest of three siblings, his father was a bureaucrat and mother a homemaker. His childhood was spent mostly in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Parents and teachers found in him a child who could often be quite mischievous, and then suddenly, deeply contemplative. Friends too recall him as having an unfathomable temperament, often not really sure whether he was joking or serious. A brilliant student, he consistently topped his class and received the highest commendations and prizes possible to a student. His mother fondly remembers how she was honored several times as ‘Mother Queen’ for the academic performance of her child. Teachers would say that never before had they seen a student who was as brilliant in Science as in Humanities, as adept in Mathematics as in Languages, and as proficient in English as in Hindi. The then Governor of the state felicitated him in a public function for setting a new benchmark in the Board examinations, and for being an NTSE scholar.
Acharya Prashant is an alumnus of IIT Delhi and IIM Ahmedabad, India. He is known as a spiritual and divine teacher and also a founder of the Prashant Advait Foundation. It’s a non-profit organization that is working towards new humankind through a way of intelligent spirituality.

Career
After completing his IIM from Ahemadabad, Prashant Tripathi worked in many corporate companies and keep changing the job in search of peace. Through his reading and passion, he designed a leadership course based on wisdom and spiritual literature for experienced professionals and postgraduates. Slowly the course gained success and his way got clearer. At one point when he realized that the thing that this is the way he will find his true purpose, he took the decision and quit his job at the age of 28 and started to work on his dream and founded Advait Life-Education for ‘Creation of a new humanity through Intelligent Spirituality’. At the age of 30, he started speaking in his Shabd yoga sessions which were deeply meditative and psychologically peaceful. Along with this he also started organizing the self-awareness camps also called as Atm samarpan sivir, in which he takes seekers with him to the Himalayas for a weeks’ time leaving the best of transformational depths, immense clarity, and peace. He has also uploaded thousands of articles and videos on the internet available to everyone freely.

Acharya loves to read and he engulfs himself in reading so much that he forgets about his sleep and food. He is Alumina of IIT & IIM Ahmedabad with the highest intelligence. He had left the Civil services and chose IIM, considering that the government sector will not help him reach his goal to serve the people spiritually. He wants to create a new world based on clarity and compassion. The Advait foundation created by Acharya is a non-profit organization that has been a pioneering force in holistic development through various development programs for individuals and these courses are being organized in various schools, colleges, and organizations across India. Today this organization has reached and touched the lives of more than a million individuals and continues to doing so. The Advait Movement provides the solution to those issues that cannot be solved by science or technology – war, family issues, dualities, divorce and many more.
